The robust Foam Target 3 is best used for performance bows with medium draw weights. Made from layers of high density foam, this thick target is durable and has a high stopping effect. Foam targets have been around for a good many years and have quite a following, especially with indoor clubs and home shooters because they are light and inexpensive, another big advantage of these targets is that they do not rot in the conventional sense.
