All of our Shield fletchings are Right Wing, made from natural turkey feathers which are said to be the best possible feathers to withstand the wear and tear of archery. The range of fletching colors include monochrome and florescent, available as solid, barred and zebra patterns. All are weatherproof, clean and nontoxic, being produced following strict guidelines. The advantages of natural feathers over plastic vanes are numerous, they decrease chances of brush deflection, give greater arrow control and guidance which in turn increase your arrow speeds giving flatter trajectories. They are also up to 500% lighter than plastic. (100 count bags of Shield fletchings are available on request).
