  • Weekends and Bank Holidays do not count as ‘working-days’.

Non-UK Delivery Information:

  • Packages to the Zone Europe (inc. EU*) usually take 4-6* working days to arrive.
  • Packages to the Zone 1 usually take 4-7+ working days to arrive.
  • Packages to the Zone 2 (Oz ect) usually take 5-7+ working days to arrive.
  • Packages to the Zone 3 (USA) usually take 5-9+ working days to arrive.

The above are Royal Mail and Courier delivery aims only to that zone (see list below) not to your door, plus any localized considerations as per that countries internal checks* (Brexit), along with any of the handlers/service providers of mail/parcels issues at this time (2020-22).

This website can only accept single transaction orders from outside the UK up-to 2 kg. If your order is over 2 kg or you do not want to conduct multiple transactions and thus receive multiple packages, please contact us for a tailored delivery discussion and direct invoicing, this is a far cheaper solution for all than arbitrarily adding prices to the internal Weight Based Shipping calculator. Alternatively place/cart your total order and select ‘pick up from store’ and/or ‘pay by cash’ we will place it on hold whilst we find a delivery quote for you and on agreement e-invoice you a secure payment link.

  • Bow orders from outside the UK will have shipping charged separately as there is quite a variance in price and carrier, we would prefer you contact us first to discuss the options.

If you would like to make an initial inquiry of any nature from overseas or need overseas delivery help please contact us.
